We believe you will be completely over the moon with our products, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your package to request a full refund......no questions asked!  

To start a return, please contact us at hello@rogueravengrooming.com so we can assist you in returning your order.

We package our products thoughtfully with love + care, but if there should be an issue that causes them to not arrive safely, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging, box, and damaged product/s so we can promptly file a shipping claim.

R E F U N D S

We do require a receipt or proof of purchase to accept returned purchases. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with a notification that we have received your return. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund in a timely manner, please check your bank account again.
If you don't see your refund, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@rogueravengrooming.com

Sales Items + Gift Cards
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
