We know you have choices and appreciate you’ve chosen us! To help show our appreciation, we offer free shipping on all purchases of $35+ and a flat rate of only $6 for orders under $35. All purchases are shipped first class via USPS. 

We are a small team but strive to ship orders out within 2-3 business days. Please be understanding, as all of our skincare and grooming goods are crafted by hand in small batches to offer you the freshest products possible and we’re confident you'll love your items when you receive them. 

We package all of our products thoughtfully with love + care, but if there should be an issue and your purchase does not arrive safely, please contact us as soon as possible. We kindly ask for photos of the packaging, box, and damaged items so we are able to promptly file a shipping claim.
